Ingredients
Potatoes (shredded) 250g
Crab Meat 150g
Oligold Cream Cheese, Australia 150g
Mentaiko 30g
Oligold Mascarpone Cheese 25g
Sugar 12g
Salt 2g
Black Pepper (crushed) 3g
boiled egg 1 piece
Preparation
Soak the shredded potatoes in water, boil them until cooked, drain the water, add salt and mix well. Let it cool and set aside.
Take out the egg yolks from boiled eggs, chop the egg whites and set aside.
Mix cream cheese and egg yolks, add sugar and mascarpone cheese, and stir to make a sauce. Set aside.
Drain the water from the crab meat, add ground black pepper and mix well. Set aside.
Mix all the above ingredients together, add mentaiko and mix well. Ready to use.
