Oligold Mozzarella cheese
Salmon
Dill weed
Pineapple chunks
Green and red bell peppers (cut into thin strips)
Onion (cut into thin strips)
Sweet corn kernels
Pizza Sause
Thousand Island dressing 300g
Preparation
Mix Ingredients Group A at medium speed until the dough surface is smooth, around 8-12 minutes.
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it ferment for 45 minutes.
Roll out the dough to 8 inches in diameter, cover it with plastic wrap, and ferment for another 30 minutes.
Poke holes in the dough, spread Pizza Sause, and add Ingredients Group B.
Bake in the oven at 330°C for about 5-6 minutes and serve.
