Oligold Mascarpone Cheese 250g
Candia Professionnel UHT Whipping Cream 35.1%, France 250g
Sugar 125g
Egg yolk 60g
water 40g
Ingredients Group B
Water 200g
Sugar 50g
Kahlua Coffee Wine 50g
Instant coffee powder 25g
Lady Finger
Cocoa powder
Preparation
Ingredients Group A
Heat the sugar and water to 118℃, then pour into the egg yolk and mix well.
Add the mascarpone cheese and mix well.
Finally, add the whipped cream and mix well.
Ingredients Group B
Dissolve the sugar and coffee powder in hot water, then add Kahlua coffee liqueur to make coffee syrup.
Dip the ladyfingers in the coffee syrup, then fill the cup with layers of ladyfingers and cheese mixture.
Finally, sprinkle with cocoa powder.
